Eligibility
The wheel is reserved for viieagency customers who have spent at least $10 on the panel. Suspended, blocked, or otherwise inactive accounts cannot participate.
Account verification
Before spinning for the first time, you must verify that you own the account. After entering your username, the site shows you a unique personal code. On viieagency.com open Ticket, choose Other, then select the category 🎪 🎁 Lucky Wheel - Past Code , Claim Prizes 🤑 and write that code in the message box. Once we receive the ticket, your account is unlocked and you get a confirmation reply in that same ticket. The ticket step is done once per account.
Your personal code
The code you sent in your ticket stays valid: it is your proof of identity. Every time you come back to spin again, after entering your username you will be asked to type that code. Usernames are visible in the public leaderboard, so the code is what prevents anyone else from using your daily spin. You never need to open a second ticket: the code is always in your own ticket history on viieagency.com, both in the message you wrote and in our reply. For security we cannot send it to you on the wheel page, since anyone typing your username would then be able to read it.
Spin frequency
Once verified, you can spin the wheel once every 24 hours. After spinning, the next spin unlocks 24 hours from that moment.
Claiming a prize
No code is issued on the website. If you win, we confirm the prize by replying in your Lucky Wheel ticket, so keep that ticket open. You must claim your prize by replying there within 24 hours of winning — after that window, the prize can no longer be claimed.
ViiePoints — how the points system works
Every spin earns you 5 ViiePoints, credited automatically to your verified account. Points accumulate spin after spin and never expire: you keep them even when a spin gives you no prize. Since you can spin once every 24 hours, reaching the 500-point threshold takes 100 spins. Your current total, and how many points you still need, are shown on the page once your account is verified. Points belong to the account, not to the browser or device: log in with your username and code from anywhere and your balance follows you.
ViiePoints — the 500-point reward
When you reach 500 ViiePoints you unlock a free budget bonus between $2 and $10, credited to your viieagency account. The exact amount is not random: it depends on the status of your account. Your account status, the levels available and how each level is reached are explained here: viieagency.com/account-status. Accounts at a higher status receive a higher bonus, up to the $10 maximum. To claim it, use the claim button on the page once the threshold is reached: we post the confirmation in your Lucky Wheel ticket, and the budget is credited by our team. Claiming the reward resets the counter, and you start collecting toward the next 500 points.
$100 Free Budget — Super Bonus
The $100 Free Budget is provided as $10 per day for a maximum of 10 days. You may use the daily $10 on 10 consecutive days or on separate days, according to your preference. The unused daily amount does not carry over — a maximum of $10 can be used per day, up to a total value of $100.
Free 1 Month Child Panel
This prize is available only to customers who have been an active viieagency customer for at least 1 month. If you have been a customer for less than 1 month, the prize cannot be redeemed.
